Schools: sharing the work with operators

School owners

If you own a school, you don't have to run it alone.

Maybe you own the place but someone else handles the tournaments. Maybe your roster got big enough that one person can't keep up. Either way, you can hand over the day to day without handing over your school.

From My School, tap Manage operators.

Search for the person by name and add them. One thing first: they need their own NextGen account before you can find them. If they don't have one yet, send them T1 — Creating your NextGen account.

An operator can do everything you do — add students, update their belts and weights, and register them for events. Everything except this screen. They can't add or remove other operators. That stays with you.

You can add as many as you need. A school with two locations might give one operator to each.

To take someone off, tap Remove. That doesn't touch their account and it doesn't touch your students — they simply stop managing your school. And their history stays: if they registered an athlete last season, that record still shows who did it.

Your students and how to register them are covered in T4 — Schools: adding your students.
