How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly, no email required:

  • Web: sign in, scroll to the bottom of My Profile and click Delete My Account.
  • iOS / Android app: open your Profile tab and tap Delete Account.

You'll be asked to type DELETE as a confirmation. Once you confirm, the deletion happens immediately and you are signed out everywhere.

If you can't access your account

If you've lost access to your login (forgotten password, lost email/phone) and the self-service flow isn't available to you, contact us or email:

support@nextgenesports.us

Include the email address or phone number associated with your account, and we will process the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted
  • Your user account and login credentials
  • Competitor profile data (name, date of birth, gender, weight, height, belt level)
  • School/academy affiliation
  • Device tokens and push notification preferences
  • Profile photo
What may be retained
  • Tournament results and bracket history (anonymized) — required for competition record integrity
  • Payment transaction records — required by law for financial compliance
Processing time

Self-service deletion is immediate. Email-based requests are processed within 7 business days; you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
